The project comprises of mixed use commercial Grade A offices and retail sitting close to the existing river delta of downtown.

 

The landscape design introduced the idea of vibrant retail streetscape targeted to increase outdoor activity and gathering places, maximize functionality and creativity of the commercial and retail landscape. 

The encouragement in exploration and experience of the external spaces through physical landscape design are necessary to strengthen the identity of the place. 

 

With integration of the nature (green) and the city (river) within the fabric of urban life, the asymmetrical axial relationship of the green and the river juxtapose and transform into physical landscape elements to highlight the rich vibrant lives within the public open spaces.
