The master landscape planning scheme put culture and history of NiXianTai (Terrace), QinjinBei, WenChang Lane and Rural Agricultural Fields as the core emphasize, but apply various landscape planning goals to recommend diversity of cultural, research & development and life experience programme and facilities.

The landscape ecological design methodology was also applied throughout the plan on the ecology, culture, research & development and experience zones to reconnect and reactivate life in the city’s riverfront.    In addition, the riverfront open spaces are also designed to enable the local residents can have a higher accessibility and with more facilities/ amenities they can enjoy.
