The Summer International Shopping Mall is one of the world's largest retail developments in Zhuhai PRC. 

 

The development comprises over 500,000 sqm of retail, commercial, hotel, and residential spaces.  The landscape design for this East Plaza is perceived as the integration of the natural mountainous terrains with the rectangular city grid to form a dynamic urban landscape.

 

A dynamic green “urban edge" is formed defining the streets and public open spaces to create green parks within the commercial district.
